Peppermeister, thanks for stopping by! I’m gonna check out your posts on growing peppers. As an experiment, just dried a few Thai chili pepper seeds and plan to grow them in a pot.
In fact, I just had a green papaya salad with 10 freshly crushed Thai chili peppers and thought to myself about how crazy I was to eat something this spicy. Thank goodness for a cup of plain yogurt to put out that fire.
Am curious to know where Thai chili pepper stands on your list of the most powerful, mouth-burning peppers.

I rank Thai chiles way up there. The Thai Dragon peppers I’ve been growing are blistering hot, nearing top of my tolerance range, but absolutely worth it, Thai chiles are too hot for most people, I suggest they start with kung pao and work their way up. You’ll need to drink a lot of water when eating my massaman curry, but you’ll get over it in a few moments. Then, after a few days you’ll start to crave it, Yogurt is a great idea, I mix in some fresh chopped cilantro, lime juice and agave nectar. It will help you deal with the pain and go great with any spicy dish.

Hi. 😉 I just had to stop by and say that all the times Jules mentioned “The Peppermeister” I never understood the name. I thought it was just a random word she chose, but now that I see your blog, it all makes sense! Peppermeister, pepper master, duhhh. 😀
Thanks for stopping by. Yes, it’s difficult to believe that I have a blog exclusively about….peppers. But my family and friends are grateful that I spew all my pepper growing info here and not upon them. Julie claims she came up with the name “Peppermeister”. If that’s the case, then I will take credit for “Uncle Jesse”.
Haha. Well, both names are great. 😉
Hey ya, thank you for stopping by my blog and liking the I hate Tabasco post. So glad to find out more about your blog, will be following with interest.
Thanks so much! Glad to have you aboard.
